If you are entitled to have your pension savings disbursed, we will deposit the money in the account number you provide us. We also need your contact details so we can get in touch with you quickly if the need arises during the processing of your application.

As soon as we have received all relevant documentation and the requirements have been met, payment will be transferred to your bank account at the beginning of the following month. Please note that it can take additional 6 to 14 days before the funds are available in your account.

Bank details

You must provide documentation that the bank account is in your name. Your name and your account number must appear clearly together on the documentation. You must also send us photo identification e.g. passport or driver’s license. If you do not provide the required documentation, or we are unable to pay into the account number you have stated, we will instead pay into your NemKonto in Denmark.
